An American author and founder of Global Inner Fitness Movement spoke to women of Alexandra at Eastbank Community Hall about his inner-strength secret.
According to the author, Daniel Packard, Inner Fitness Movement is a world-changing idea that explores the idea that you can build inner fitness and strong self-love in the same way you would exercise physical fitness and build strong muscles.
In his empowering talk on how women can build inner strength and self-worth on Friday 1 September, Packard explored the root of problems especially for women all over the world. “The root of our problems is a lack of inner health. So our mission is to create a global Inner Fitness Transformation Movement that brings the popularity, passion, and accessibility that people have for physical fitness, and create that passion and popularity to inner fitness.”
Jacky Chauke who attended the workshop described it as mind-blowing and eye-opening. She urged other women who find themselves battling with their inner selves to attend Packard’s workshops in future. “I learned a lot on how to deal with challenges as a woman and I encourage other women to take part in these workshops.”
Packard is currently in the country hosting workshops for recovering addicts every Wednesday in Johannesburg inner city at South African National Council on Alcohol and Drug Dependency (SANCA).
